Hi there! I hope this message finds you well! You are welcomed here. God wants you to be healthy and healed. I am in the work lane of Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) Candidate. I plan to help you get healthy through nutrition, hydration, exercise suggestions, botanical herbs, supplements, sleep health, and stress management, nutrition focused physical exams, nutritional assessments, meal planning, labs, and referrals as needed. All glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus, I graduated in 2020 with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Kenmore Washington. It's not licensed in Florida for NDs, so I started working in the CNS Candidate lane under CNS Supervision towards CNS licensure. I also work in the lane of health coaching, fitness, and herbalism. It is a gift to serve you! I hope to apply my skills in pursuit of excellence towards helping you with your health. Most importantly, Jesus is the Healer. I'm just here to reflect His love to you and invite you towards Him, as we work together towards health and healing.
