Hi there! I hope this message finds you well! You are welcomed here. God wants you to be healthy and healed. I am in the work lane of Natural Health Specialist, Physical Training, and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) candidate. I plan to help you get healthy through nutrition, hydration, fitness (flexibility, fascia program, resistance training, strength training, agility work, etc), botanical herbs, supplements, sleep health, and stress management, nutrition focused physical exams, nutritional assessments, meal planning, lab suggestions for your licensed medical providers to approve, and referrals as needed. All glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus, I graduated in 2020 with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Kenmore Washington. It's not licensed in Florida for NDs, so I started working in these work lanes to honor authorities. It is a gift to serve you! I hope to apply my skills in pursuit of excellence towards helping you with your health and fitness. Most importantly, Jesus is the Healer and Great Physician. I'm just here to reflect His love to you and invite you towards Him, as we work together towards health, fitness, and healing.
